| This notice is from CMEs Customer Support Group, which is responsible for providing security access and maintenance of all CME 3270 (TES, GAINS, Infopac, etc.) system ID(s). At this time, we are requesting your help in maintaining the accuracy of our On-line System Access for your protection and ours. Effective September 4, 2001, any CME ID (example, F123CME), that has not been used for a 6 month period of time will be automatically deleted. If a deleted ID needs to be re-activated, it will be handled as a new request. An Online System Access Request Form must be completed and submitted to the Customer Support Group (CSG) at customersupport@cme.com. Within 24 hours of receipt of the form, a new ID will be created, and the firm will be contacted with the new access information at the phone number provided on the request form. Blanks forms can be accessed via the Client Management Web site. If you believe that you have IDs that would fall into the deletion category, but should remain active, please send an e-mail to the CSG, with the users name(s) and ID(s). In October 2001, CSG will send an updated list to each firm of valid firm users with current ID(s). Firms will then be responsible for notifying CSG of updates to the list on a regular basis. Please be reminded that it is a security violation to use another persons user ID or to share an ID. If you have any additional questions regarding on-line security access, please call the Customer Support Group at 312.930.3444. You may also fax completed forms to 312.338.2626. Thank you for your cooperation! |
